However, the licensor retains the right to terminate this license at any time without prior notice or conditions. This ensures the licensor's ability to maintain control over the distribution and usage of the software.
By choosing the Linkspace Software License, users benefit from an accessible and flexible arrangement while understanding the licensor's termination rights, which provide adaptability for unforeseen circumstances.
Linkspace does not warrant that the platform will meet all your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any implied warranties or conditions not explicitly mentioned in this Agreement are excluded as permitted by law. This includes, without limitation, warranties related to loss of profits, corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts.
This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
Linkspace does not guarantee the quality, fitness for purpose, or performance of the software. Linkspace shall not be liable for any representation (unless fraudulent), implied warranty, condition, or any other claim, including indirect, special, or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profit, data corruption, or business interruption) arising from the use of Linkspace.
Linkspace will not be deemed in breach of contract for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. In the event of liability being imposed on Linkspace for breach of this Agreement, its total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services or software. You release Linkspace from all obligations or liabilities beyond this limitation.
Linkspace is not responsible for how users utilize or manage user-generated content on the platform.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You acknowledge that no partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Linkspace as a result of using its services. You agree not to represent yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of Linkspace, and Linkspace will not be held liable for any misrepresentation, act, or omission by you.
